Hotel O Cante has established a Contingency Plan to ensure the minimization of the risk of contagion by SARS-CoV-2, making your stay safer.
All Hotel facilities are subject to a cleaning and disinfection plan adapted to the current pandemic situation, in order to minimize the risk of spreading the virus.
The Hotel has installed disinfectant gel dispensers in its public areas. Use them often for your protection.
Signage and information on good practices have been placed for your safety and convenience on the various circuits/spaces of the hotel.

It is mandatory to wear a mask at the hotel entrance.
During the stay it is mandatory to wear a mask in all areas of the hotel.
The Hotel has a Safety Kit consisting of mask, gel and gloves for sale to its customers.

Face-to-face Check-in:

Applicable to:
All national and foreign customers
Except for children under 12 years old

Required to present:
COVID EU digital certificate (applicable to all countries of the European Union Member States, and to countries such as Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland, according to the principle of reciprocity.

The certificate may evidence:
•COVID Recovery

In this case:
Scan the QR code on the certificate to verify that it is valid
This must be done through the APP (Covid Pass – validation of EU digital certificates)

Negative Test

4 types of tests will be accepted:
•PCR test, performed up to 72 hours before;
•Antigen test with report, performed up to 48 hours before;
•Rapid Antigen Test, or “self-test”, carried out up to 24 hours before, in the presence of a healthcare professional or from the pharmaceutical area;
•Selftest, carried out at the moment, at the door of the hotel, next to the responsible of the establishment.

The data contained in the certificate/test will always be confirmed with the customer's identification document (passport or citizen card).

The self-tests will be available at the hotel and will be carried out:
•On a table placed for this purpose , properly equipped with alcohol gel and dustbin with pedal and double bag.
•According to the recommendations, the tests must be sold at cost price.

Digital Check-in:
The Hotel has technology that allows you to check in beforehand, thus avoiding the formalities of in-person registration at the reception.

How does it work?
•You will receive an email prior to arrival to fill in your personal registration details including credit card payment method.
•At check in, you only confirm and sign the official registration form.

Room Cleaning:
Rooms are aired and cleaned/disinfected minimizing potential risks of contagion.

Breakfast (if included) must be booked at check-in and will be served individually in the hotel's restaurant. The length of stay in the restaurant will be 1 hour as the capacity will be reduced to prevent the proper physical distance recommended.

Dirty clothes must be placed in a closed bag. In case of need, contact Reception at number 9.

Sauna and Turkish Bath:
These services are unavailable for security reasons.
